Karlyn Carnahan runs the property casualty practice for Celent for North America. She is a widely recognized expert on issues related to digital transformation, customer experience, distribution management, underwriting and claims. Her consulting work for insurance carriers includes distribution channel analysis, digital strategies, competitor benchmarking, IT assessments, more than 50 system selection projects as well as a wide variety of other strategic projects. She joined Celent with an extensive career in the insurance industry and holds an MBA from Stanford Business School and a Certified Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. Christine Sullivan is the SVP, Risk Control Leader at Sompo Global Risk Solutions. Prior to this role, Ms. Sullivan was SVP, Risk Control Manager at a leading P&C insurance broker. She is a Tufts University alumni and holds both the CSP and ARM designations. Ms. Sullivan will be the 2022 incoming President of the American Society of Safety Professionals.

David Da Costa has been working in the insurance technology field for approximately 15 years. He works with insurance organizations to understand their needs and solve their problems by creating value-add solutions. Most of Dave’s experience has been in the loss control field, but Dave also has experience in solutions across many departments; ex. underwriting, claims, reinsurance, billing and others.

Today Dave focuses on long terms initiatives at RCT, working with customers and industry analysts to understand how the market and loss control function are evolving, so he can ensure RCT is positioned to provide new and innovative solutions that will continue to solve insurance companies' problems into the future.
